At ViewMyArt.com and Ted's Video Blog, we recognize that your privacy is important. Here is a description of the types of personal information that we receive and collect when you visit ViewMyArt.com or Ted's Video Blog and what we do with the information. We will never sell your information to third parties. There are, however, certain potential situations where it is conceivable that your personal information could wind up in the hands of third parties anyway, such as the following:

  • We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances if we are compelled to due so by a court order or a goverment entity or if we need to do so to investigate or protect against suspected harmful or illegal activity.
  • We employ what we believe to be reasonable measures to protect your information. Nevertheless, no security is absolute, so we can not guarantee beyond all doubt that your information will never fall into the wrong hands. (Even the CIA has had secrets stolen from it).

Your Options for Protecting Your Privacy

You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this could affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.

Some third party ad networks such as DoubleClick participate in the Network Advertising Initiative and have a procedure which they claim you can use to get replace their ad network cookies with an "opt out cookie". You can learn more at http://www.networkadvertising.org. (This option will not have any affect on the cookies of ad networks which do not participate in this option).

Of course, you also have the option of leaving our site and never coming back We hope, however, that you will find the contents of our site valuable enough to not want to go to that extreme.
